BGO 16-slice PET/CT
Refurbished GE Discovery STE 16 PET/CT — the STE refresh of the Discovery ST family. Pairs the same 16-slice LightSpeed-class CT with a refreshed BGO PET detector geometry and improved reconstruction stack. Common configurations support FDG oncology, lymphoma follow-up, cardiac viability, and brain PET. Compared to a Discovery ST, the STE brings improved sensitivity and image-quality optimization. Compared to the Discovery 600/610 generation, it gives up MotionFree, VUE Point HD reconstruction, and the modernized PET console, but at a meaningfully lower capital cost. Strong fit for outpatient oncology programs, hospital PET/CT replacements, mobile-unit deployments, and international markets. MIS handles sourcing, refurbishment, deinstall, transport, install, applications training, parts inventory, and engineer-led service. Mobile-trailer leasing is available for interim or capacity-driven projects.
